"Don''t touch that squirrel''s nuts!" - Willy Wonka |
Title speaks for itself. How has the population faired once billing restarted? A sharp drop, did most people stay? I ask as I look forward to the changes that they highlighted on the recent roadmap, but worry if it can survive that long if a lot of people left. Frank 'Spankybus' Mignone |

I actually bought it a couple days ago. 19.99 digital download on GameStop. It's fun to mess around with. It helps to go into a game with low expectations because when something cool happens I'm pleasantly surprised.

I believe the last rough estimate after billing I read was somewhere between 12,000 ~ 17,000. Thats seriously quite bad, but if you look at it in the way of only being able to play with up to 3 or 7 other players at any given time, that shouldn't be hard to find someone to play with from time to time. There is also talk of world mergers in the coming months on the forums, but I don't think a confirmed date has been revealed or if it will actually happen.
Depending how the addition of Jobs and other various things turn out over the next year, I may consider returning like the month prior to the next free period for 2.0 testing, {guesstimating Sept/Oct}. There is also a major storyline and several items and mounts that will become unavailable after 2.0 launches, and while they could be nice to experience/have, they're not necessary, so I'll just have to wait and see.
And yeah I still have 10,000 Crysta collecting nano-dust, that I bought at launch...rofl Hopefully it remains and doesn't get eaten by nano-moths. {yeah bad joke, ah well...} |
