Ultimate Soccer Boss, a browser-based sports MMO, lets you play as the manager of your own soccer team. You can pick your players, earn points through competition and customize your team.

The game is designed to take advantage of adaptive learning technology that will adjust your team based upon several variables to make your experience unique. The learning curve is eased with an "Ask Advisor" feature based upon that technology that advises you on strategy.

Once you choose your team colors, logo, and uniforms, it's time to take on your rivals. In tournament mode, managers compete a 22-match cycle among the same group of 12 in a fight to see who will be top three of the season. Beyond tournaments, the game features individual matches, the ability to browse stats, trade players, build and customize your stadium and organization through hiring employees or upgrading the grounds, and more.

As with many free to play games, USB is supported via optional paid upgrades, which may be bought or obtained through merchant offers.
