Can a man love another man in Rift?

You can't really do that in most mmo's why would this be any different? It's too mainstream to allow that.

In this day and age everything is "mainstream" so get used to it.

Guess you didn't watch the entire trailer? 1:06 shows two men getting married.

In Eden Eternal, I met a guy (I'm a guy myself) thru the game and we fell in love, we got married and everything was fine and dandy till a few months later, my partner was spending less and less time with me and so I found myself playing with another guy. Our time together blossomed and we eventually married each other. My previous ex-husband was so furious, he unfriended me on FaceBook. Oh well, that's romance for ya!

There is no point to getting married, it's purely social.  Like in most games that have it.  I'm married now, and I love it. (it's a real girl too, not an old fat guy lol)
